Terms & Conditions
Securing your booking
You will be required to pay a $100 Holding Fee to secure your date. Paying this deposit is your agreement to Natalie’s terms and conditions.
Your wedding date is confirmed once Natalie has received your holding fee via bank transfer. You have 7 days to pay the holding fee before Natalie will release your date to other enquires.
The Holding Fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by Natalie.
You will receive confirmation of your booking once the holding fee is paid and received.
You will be required to pay the trial fee on the trial day and the balance of the wedding makeup is due 7 days before the wedding.
CANCELLATION
In the EXTREMLY unlikely event that Natalie has to cancel your wedding day, you will be refunded in full.
If you choose to cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before your wedding date, all payments you have paid up to this point are non-refundable.
If after your trial you choose not to go forward with your booking, you will be required to pay for your trial as this is a chargeable service.
